About Aaron
I am a cancer survivor, Yoga Therapist, and the founder/owner of Yoga Belly and Mcubed in Mountain View, California. My journey through cancer profoundly reshaped my understanding of resilience, healing, and the transformative power of yoga. This experience has deepened my dedication to guiding others toward emotional intelligence, embodied presence, and holistic well-being.
At Yoga Belly, I offer private therapeutic sessions, teacher trainings, and community classes that blend mindful movement, breathwork, and self-inquiry.
My professional path is informed by a background in Silicon Valley's tech industry, where I honed skills in process improvement and accountability. These experiences now enrich my practical approach to self-care and wellness. As a graduate of Ease Mountain Yoga Therapy under Dr. Juko Holiday, I continue to evolve as a Therapeutic Yoga Practitioner, integrating new yogic tools to support others on their healing journeys.
I hold certifications as an E-RYT Yoga Teacher registered with Yoga Alliance and the California Association of Therapeutic Yoga Practitioners. My work focuses on serving the LGBTQ+ community and individuals navigating low moods, stress, and the impacts of conservative religious upbringings. I specialize in using mindful movement, breathwork, and emotional intelligence practices as healing tools.
Alongside my husband William, also a dedicated yoga teacher, I co-lead the Yoga Belly 200-Hour “Be Your Own Yoga Teacher” training program.
Beyond the mat, I'm a Star Wars enthusiast, comic book lover, and avid traveler. I cherish music and maintain a close-knit circle of friends.
